Chad Collins, Founder and President of Legacy Search, has two decades of experience working in professional and minor league team sports. Prior to starting Legacy Search, Chad was Director of Recruiting for Prodigy Sports, where he successfully recruited and filled numerous mid to senior-level roles with NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, Milb, collegiate and minor league hockey teams.

Chad understands first-hand what it takes to succeed in the sports industry. During his career, he’s been in the front offices of the NBA, minor league hockey, minor league baseball and collegiate sports. Chad has worked with more than 300 executives and uses his experience and connections to successfully recruit the right candidates for the right positions. He has also managed and hired winning sales teams, sold sponsorship and ticket packages, and even shot t-shirts from a slingshot at minor league hockey games in his early days.

A Vacaville, California native, Chad graduated from the University of Idaho with degrees in public communication and recreation management. He and Maurine have two children, Molly and Ella, and live in Boise, Idaho.
