- Identify, prospect, and secure new partnership revenue streams.
- Develop & execute strategies to diversify and expand corporate partner base.

- Help develop digital integration strategies tied to corporate sponsorship activation.
- Partner with Team President to manage and evolve the team’s rate card.
- Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with Milwaukee Bucks legal counsel to finalize partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare proposals, sales materials, reports, and performance analysis to support business development efforts.
- Track and manage partnership performance metrics and deliverables.
- Manage and help coordinate game day sponsorship activation
- Host & entertain prospective and current partners.
- Address and resolve partner-related issues in real time.
- Assist with game-day operations, including setup and breakdown of sponsorship assets.
- Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for assigned event staff/resources.
- Act as Director of Retail on inventory levels by collaborating with Milwaukee on orders
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage, hire, and train retail staff
- Complete all necessary reporting for Team and League
- Receive, update, and store inventory

- 10+ years of experience in partnership sales, sponsorships, or a related revenue-generating role preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sports management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Creative, solutions-oriented thinker with a strong sales mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and activating complex partnership agreements.

REVELxp is currently looking for an experienced revenue-generating and operations individual. As the General Manager of Ole Miss, you will oversee sales for our Ole Miss partnership and report directly to the Vice President for the East Region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to gather and synthesize key information, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at multiple levels and across geographies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

- Report to and work closely with regional leadership on creation and execution of a business plan to lead the office to overachievement of goals
- Conceptualize and execute on day-to-day sales strategies that deliver revenue targets and maximize profit margins
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly/yearly activity and sales goals across multiple lines of business
- Develop and grow relationships with our partners and their accompanying fan communities (corporate partners, alumni associations, season ticket holders, community leaders, etc.) to generate new leads, referrals, and sales channels
- Develop and grow relationships with potential guests/clients in multiple markets, engaging in both corporate and individual sales
- Ability to develop and manage new marketing materials to grow the business
